Affiliate Manager
Wanted: Expert Affiliate Manager who is excited for the opportunity to grow an existing program and launch a new one
Overview:
Team Johnson, Inc is seeking an Affiliate Manager to oversee (and grow!) our current affiliate program for InstaClubHub. If all goes well, we can discuss launching another program for Phase It. You’re the right person if you have years under your belt working in affiliate marketing, are hungry and curious, and love to be part of a well-oiled machine. We’re looking for someone who loves to own their work and does not need to be micro-managed. And of course – you gotta be a good fit with our international, fully remote team!
This position is open to anyone in the world. You will be working remote as a contractor. You must speak fluent English and be (mostly) available during US business working hours. Team Johnson is based in the US, but we have a fully dispersed team.
You’ve Got to Have:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing with a track record of driving revenue.
- Strong relationship-building skills to recruit and retain top affiliates.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and optimize program performance.
- Creative marketing thinker who can design engaging campaigns.
- Self-Motivation – You don’t just want our current affiliate program to simmer… you want it to explode!
- Familiarity with PartnerStack is a major plus.
- The ability to self-manage so that you master your own systems and don’t require micro-management
What You’ll Do:
- Grow & Optimize the InstaClubHub Affiliate Program: Identify new high-quality affiliate partners and nurture relationships with existing affiliates.
- Develop Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Create and implement creative campaigns that engage affiliates and drive program success.
- Oversee Affiliate Content & Assets: Ensure the availability of high-converting swipe copy, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Analyze & Report Performance: Pull, review, and interpret affiliate tracking data to measure success and optimize strategies.
Details:
- Independent Consultant contract, working remotely
- Rate is negotiable – you’ll submit a proposal if you clear the first application hurdle.
- Availability for meetings during US working hours.
- Availability during US working hours for time-sensitive projects
- We are relying on YOU to tell us how much you’ll need to work to turn this into a profitable marketing channel.
- You’ll work inside of: Partnerstack, Chargebee, Asana, Slack, Dropbox, Google Suite
