Overview:

InstacClubHub is looking for our next customer service representative. You will be responsible for helping us launch InstaClubHub Español in Latin America and you will work with our Spanish-speaking customers.

You’ve Got To:

  • Be a self-starter who can manage their own time and tasks
  • Be ruthlessly resourceful – you will need to solve a lot of problems
  • Get excited about making OTHER people’s experience successful
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish 
  • Be personable and service-oriented

You Will: 

  1. Handle all customer service requests from our Spanish-speaking students in ZenDesk and What’s App
    • Reply to tickets within 24 hours except on the weekends
  2. Update customer accounts in various platforms
  3. Solve problems and brainstorm solutions with the rest of the team (in both English and Spanish)
  4. Work inside our payment processing system to help with refunds, subscription changes, etc. 
  5. Maintain and update Customer Service SOPs for this brand 
  6. Work a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start)

Details:

  • Independent Contractor
  • $12-$14/hour (to begin – we’re happy to expand if your skills bring ROI)
  • Works part-time, remotely from anywhere in the world.
  • You must have availability during US working hours. You’ll need to be available for real-time communication
  • Must provide your own tech, will use our software and accounts
    • Our tech stack: Slack, Asana, Dropbox, Searchie (Membership.Io), ZenDesk, Chargebee, Keap, Loom, Google Suite, WhatsApp
