  2. Agree about the scales and body fat measurement being better but what’s the best way to track that? Many say caliper tests aren’t accurate nor are BF scales. I recently had a styku scan done and I honestly doubt that’s accurate either since it is just looking at girth and I have some big muscles. Any recommendations?
