7 Secrets of the Ultra Fit

This episode has nothing to do with being skinny, or having low body fat.  What’s most important is being healthy! Who cares if you never see your six pack! The size of your body does not make you lovable or unlovable.  Who you are on the outside has nothing to do with your soul, or weather your a kind person.

Tip 1 – People who are healthy and fit for life, they don’t diet… they have a diet and they stick to it. You’ve got to stop going on and off diets.

Tip 2 – Exercise! People who live a healthy lifestyle, exercise as a part of their life!  I make it a goal to workout everyday.  And this doesn’t mean that I’m doing something super intense everyday, this means you move your body everyday.  Exercise to take care of yourself, not to lose weight.

Tip 3 – The ultra healthy tend to eat the same things every day.

Tip 4 – Eat clean whole foods!

Tip 5 – Become at peace with the scale and with your body.

Tip 6 – I know this next one might seem a little controversial because we were all taught for years that you start your day with a healthy breakfast.  But when talking to close friends who I would consider to be ultra healthy, none of them eat breakfast.  Which brings me to intermittent fasting.

Tip 7 – Ultra healthy individuals know a lot of health and fitness.  They enjoy learning about it and implementing it in to their own life.  When you know better, you do better!
