Changing our Business Strategy | Car Conversations with Bret

This episode is all about transparency. Bret and I recently decided to take our business in a slightly different direction, and to do that we practiced what we preach, and hired an expert. She has shared her immense knowledge with us, and for that we are incredibly grateful. After spending a ton of time with us, she started to realize that a lot of our customers and followers didn’t have access to us. What do I mean by this? Well, our products up to this point have been in the 1000+ dollar range, which means that a lot of the people who we interact with on social media day-to-day, are unable to connect with us on a deeper level because we didn’t have a lower price point product.

Her biggest point was that we needed more lower price point products. Yes, we were giving away TONS and tons of free content, like the podcast for example, however there are people who want to be a part of something more! And we were completely neglecting that customer.

So the journey of our business over the last 6 months has been to provide a product for that customer! We’ve had to view our business differently and we’ve made mistakes along the way. However, it is all a part of taking our business in a different direction so that we are bale to serve more people.
