In this episode, I share  7 tips to help you stop emotional eating and drinking so much at night! This isn’t a problem for everyone, but many struggle with resisting late night cravings and temptations. Food is often treated as a reward and nearly every celebration revolves around food. Our longing towards food when we feel emotional, whether it be positive or negative, often carries with us in to the night time. In this episode, I get to the root cause of emotional eating in the night-time for the average person.

A common root cause for someone who struggles with emotional eating is habit. For many of us it is a habit, and together, we must be aware of the power habits have over our health.  My tips in this episode are designed to help you form better eating habits and develop a healthier mindset.
