What To Do If You’re Completely Exhausted & Need More Energy During The Day

Tired? Need more energy? If you feel completely exhausted at the end of the day, yet you spent most of it sitting on your butt, this show is for you! There’s a very specific reason why you’re so tired and have no energy or motivation to workout or be productive. In this episode, I share a talk from my Marketing Impact LIVE event with the ONE habit the most successful people have  and the 4 areas you need to manage to feel less drained.

Today, more than ever, we have so many distractions coming at us from every angle. And every time we have to make a decision about whether or not to respond to that distraction – that notification on our phone, that email, that text message, that comment on social media, changing the channel when a commercial comes on – we deplete our energy.

After interviewing so many successful people, I’ve found that they all have 1 thing in common. They know how to manage their energy, and there are very specific things they do to keep it intact.

I shared these habits in a talk I gave at my Marketing Impact LIVE event, and the people there told me how much of a difference it made for them…so today, I want to share these things with you.
