An Interview With the Host of Social Media Marketing
In this episode, I interview Michael Stelzner, the founder of Social Media Examiner, a resource providing insight on the latest trends in social media. He is one of my GO-TO resources. He is the host of the podcast Social Media Marketing, which totally helps you to gain insight into networking and building a brand with social media. I question Michael about how he has built such a huge brand and how he manages a large team (including a great number of virtual assistants). You’ll learn how he finds the right people to join his team and how he keeps them motivated. This episode is pretty much “the 411 to leading a team”.
