Try some healthy food options. Here are some healthy tips! Try eggplant hummus, or making the guacamole yourself with just lemon, pepper and a touch of salt. Eat healthy vegetables instead of chips and crackers.

Make sure when your fixing your plate, grab a smaller plate.
Show up late and get in the food line last. If your first everything is available and you’ll most likely go back for seconds.

Know that you’re in control and the decisions are yours. I’m rooting for you and I think ultimately you should make the decision that rights for you! Just know that there are options.
