So lets dive in! Today we’re gonna talk about the 2 things you need to have confidence in ANY intimidating situation. I had a conversation with a friend the other day, and she teaches life coaches. We were talking about the courses she’s been teaching. Now, this amazing lady is in her 70’s and I think it’s amazing that she is still out there, moving forward and pushing the envelope. But I could sense that there was a lack of confidence in her decision to move forward with re-vamping her courses.
Typically the fear to do something steams from fear of others judging you. Our brains have this amazing ability to fill-in the empty space. So when we think about a situation, and maybe don’t have all of the information, we create the rest in our minds and typically we fill-in with the worst case scenario. So that then creates fear and a bit of over analyzation… which decreases your confidence level.
