How to be Instantly Happy – 11 Quick Happy Hacks to Boost Your Mood Today

In this episode I want to talk to you about how to turn on the Happy! This isn’t about forcing happiness when you’re suffering from depression or something is seriously off. I’m am ALL for therapy. Trust me! I regularly go and so does my husband Bret. We are big advocates of keeping the mind healthy. This episode isn’t about that. It’s about those days where you just feel down and maybe you’re not 100% sure why. So I want to give you some tips that will instantly boost your mood.

#1. Pull out your phone and call, text or voice-note someone and tell him or her thank you. Express how thankful you are for something they’ve taught you.

#2. Exercise! This isn’t exercise with a six-pack as your goal. This is the type of exercise that boosts your endorphins.

#3. Have a happy playlist filled with all the songs that make you feel good and make you happy!

#4. Serve other people.

#5. Create a G list.

#6. Do a Dubsmash.

#7. Shift your focus.

#8. Start saving the amazing messages you receive from others.

#9. Put a time limit on your sadness.

#10. Plan something fun that gets you excited.

#11. Be courageous! The life you want to live is right on the other side of your fear. There is no courage without fear.
