Most Binge-Worthy Shows To Watch 2022

Today’s blog is going to be super fun and out of the norm (from my usual) — but will still serve a purpose. I mean, taking a little vacation every day by carving out some “me time” and shutting off the brain, relaxing, and recharging is just as important as going to the gym or reading the newest book on ADHD. So yeah, suggesting some binge-worthy shows is very much serving. In my opinion, at least.

Binge Worthy TV Shows 2022 Is a Healthy Thing to Do

Most Binge-Worthy Shows To Watch in 2022

By the way, the following recommendations are not just from me. The overwhelming majority are from my Instagram following (who sent in dozens of thousands suggestions) — and these are the top picks.

Show 1: Love on the Spectrum (Netflix)

This is my absolute fave and I beg you to watch! It’s a reality TV show that follows these very young adults who are on the spectrum (autism), and it follows them as they’re learning to date and fall in love. It’s the sweetest, most uplifting, beautiful, wholesome, compassionate, heart-warming, heart-melting series I’ve ever seen. I’m obsessed with it!

Show 2: Selling Sunset (Netflix)

Again, a reality TV series (could literally not be more opposite than my 1st recommendation!) that isn’t exactly in touch with any kind of reality. It follows a group of female real estate agents in the heart of Los Angeles who are insanely gorgeous and dress to the nines every freaking minute.

And everything is deliciously entertaining — from their catfights to stepping into the gorgeous homes they’re selling. Binge 0n steroids!

Show 3: Nine Perfect Strangers (Hulu)

It’s about these nine strangers from very different backgrounds (with very different stories) who all attend this holistic-healthy-meditation type retreat. It’s very high-end and just has an all-around strange vibe (including the woman who runs it — played by Nicole Kidman). Each episode gets weirder and weirder, but it’s hard NOT to want to keep on watching to figure out what the heck is actually happening.

Show 4: The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (Amazon)

When I asked my audience what to binge-watch, this one came in at the top. It’s an American period piece (set in the late 1950s and 1960s), comedy/drama, created by Amy Sherman-Palladino. It follows a young Jewish woman in New York who aspires to be a stand up comedian.

I’m thrilled to have this on my list of things to watch because I love period pieces from that era. And, not to mention, it has exceptionally high ratings.

I LOVED this show.
