Is Having Cellulite Normal?

share this:

What do you and I likely have in common with J.Lo, Jennifer Aniston, Beyoncé, and almost any competitive elite gymnast? Cellulite!

Every Woman Has Cellulite in Common Because it's Normal

Cellulite is totally normal.

80% to 90% of women report they have some cellulite. The outliers, those who don’t have it, let’s just hope they’ve got really ugly feet or bad breath.

Sadly, according to a recent Harris Poll, over 60% of women blame themselves for having cellulite, though.

So many of us think that if we just ate cleaner or worked out harder those annoying dimples would disappear forever.

But ultimately, our DNA has more to do with it than anything.

See, if your mom or your grandmother had/have cellulite, you likely do, as well. Shoot, if you’re a cisgender female over the age of 13, there’s a high likelihood (statistically speaking) that you, too, have cellulite.

Lotions, creams and pills only provide temporary relief (if even that).

So what can we do, if anything, when the dimpling happening on our butts / thighs / arms drives us crazy?

In other words, is there a way to minimize the appearance of cellulite — permanently?

While Cellulite is Normal is there a Way to Minimize Its Appearance

Well, in the episode (below) of The Chalene Show, I interview one of the nation’s top cosmetic surgeons for the answer!

Dr. Kay Durairaj, is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeries. She was voted one of the Top 100 Injectors in America by her peers! Her specialty is in almost anything that has to do with the face. Including, surgery for:

  • Eyelids
  • Rhinoplasty
  • Neck lifts
  • Facelifts

And her expertise in Botox and neurotoxins, facial injectables and fillers stands out from a very competitive crowd.

Bottom line: She’s a pioneer in the industry.

Oh, and she also happens to be an expert at butt injections. And, you KNOW I asked her to spill the tea on all those Hollywood booties!

Check out the show and learn all of the ways to increase volume and improve — perhaps even permanently remove — dimpling / cellulite on the body… especially the booty!
